I certify that the facts contained in this application (and accompanying resumé, if any) are true and complete to the best of my knowledge. I understand that any false statement, omission, or misrepresentation on this application is sufficient cause for refusal to hire, or dismissal if I am hired, no matter when discovered by PFD Regional Events Center. I authorize the Town Toyota Center to thoroughly investigate all statements contained in my application or resumé, and to contact any and all former employers and references I have given on my application or resumé. I authorize my former employers and references to disclose information regarding my former employment, character, general reputation, credit, previous employment, and similar background information to the Town Toyota Center, without giving me prior notice of such disclosure. In addition, I release the Town Toyota Center, and former employers, and all references listed above from any and all claims, demands, or liabilities arising out of or related to such investigation or disclosure. If employed, I further agree that if the Town Toyota Center advances any paid leave before it has been accrued, or advances or loans me any money during the course of my employment, or if I lose, damage, or fail to return any Town Toyota Center property, the Town Toyota Center is authorized ti deduct from my continuing and/or final wages sufficient funds to repay such loans or advances or to replace its property. I understand and agree that nothing contained in this application, or conveyed during my interview, is intended to create an employment contract.
