COMMUNITY FOUNDATION OF NCW OFFERS ARENA ENRICHMENT FUND FOR YOUTH SKATE PROGRAMS

The Community Foundation of NCW will provide an Arena Youth Enrichment Fund which allows residents to contribute to Learn to Skate programs for underprivileged youth in Chelan and Douglas counties.

The Town Toyota Center community ice arena provides 364 days (with the exception of Christmas) of education, character endurance, and enrichment to over *22,000 students and adults with the Learn to Skate, Learn to Play Hockey, Public Skate and other adult ice programs throughout the year. The 4,100 seat event arena and community ice rink serve over **90,000 people per year that participate and attend a wide-variety of events and recreational activities.

Residents, businesses and philanthropist now have the opportunity to make a difference by providing funds for underprivileged youth to partake in the high-quality Learn to Skate programs and world-class, cultural events. The arena is a vital part of North Central Washington and continues to impact thousands of children, parents, teachers and residents each year. Now is the time to contribute to support youth ice programs and cultural enrichment events for children in the region.
